1 General Introduction

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Deposits or withdrawals through any method other than those listed above are not accepted.

4.2 Minimum Limits

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. No transactions below these amounts will be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, additional time may be required during identity verification or if unusual activity is detected. ck454 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawal requests for security verification purposes.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

ck454 maintains a strict stance against any form of illegal financial activity. All transactions are monitored, and if suspicious activity is detected, the relevant account may be suspended immediately. Supporting documents may be requested to verify the source of funds.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will add ৳1,200 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. A deposit of ৳10,000 or more will add the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, bringing the total balance to ৳15,000.

This bonus can only be claimed once per user. Attempting to claim the bonus through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, a wager of 15 times the bonus amount must be completed. This calculation applies only to the bonus amount, not the deposit amount.

Example: If you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must complete bets worth ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 before winnings from that bonus become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• ck454 has the sole right to determine eligibility for bonuses.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash — they can only be used through wagering.
• Bonus balance cannot be deposited or transferred to another account.
• Withdrawing the deposit amount before the wagering requirement is met will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• ck454's decision on promotional offers is considered final.

5.4 VIP Program

Regular members have the opportunity to participate in ck454's VIP program. There are three tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.

Progression through VIP tiers depends on the user's regular participation and activity. Cashback is added to the account at the designated time each week.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on ck454 are conducted on the basis of fair play principles. The use of any bots, automated software, cheating software, or unauthorized third-party tools is strictly prohibited.

If evidence of manipulation of game outcomes is found, the relevant account will be immediately and permanently closed and funds may be forfeited.

6.2 Game Provider Terms

Games available on ck454 are operated by various well-known game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming). The terms and conditions of these game providers may also apply.

6.3 Technical Issues
